I don’t cook often. But when I do, I like to make special dishes. This Sunday, I made Pav Bhaji – a Mumbai Street Food special. The or the Bhaji is a spicy thick gravy made with Onions, Tomatoes, Cauliflower, Carrot, Peas and topped with dollops of butter! It is served with butter toasted buns typical to Mumbai. Those are called Pav. Here is what my bhaji looked like. I garnished it with butter, chopped coriander and chopped mint leaves. Did you like it?
