Sometimes, it is so good to escape into a world that is not your own… to just let go of the tension, the worries and the responsibilities of your world… blogging allows you to do that, so do movies and TV…
But then you always have to come back to your own world in some time. Do these distractions help? i have always felt that when I get back to my work / task after a distraction, I am more irritated… they say taking breaks for stress busting is a good idea. Somehow, that doesn’t seem to work for me… excuse me, I am babbling here!
